- Print Production Assistant (Experience Preferable). Full Time$16 to $18 Per Hour
- Screen Printer (Experienced Required). Full Time. $17 to $24 Per Hour
PRINT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT JOB OPENING
You should be passionate about the apparel, promotional products, or signage industry. Experience in the industry is strongly preferred. You should also have a keen attention to detail, being able to work on your feet for 8 hours, and the ability to pivot on tasks is a must.
As your experience grows with us, so will your role. There are many possibilities for the right candidate.
As a production assistant, you will be tasked to perform a variety of jobs. Your day will include the following:
Screen Printing Duties:
- Cleaning of squeegees, screen reclaim, cleanup, and light equipment maintenance.
- Coating Screens, burning films to screen, and taping in preparation for print setup.
- Garment unloading off of the screen print press, as well as quality control of the final product.
Receiving & logistics:
- Counting and inspecting garments for flaws.
- Packing and shipping orders.
Signage and Promotional products:
- Cutting vinyl, banners, and other substrates. Both by hand and with machinery.
- Operating a Heat press to produce a wide array of items such as mugs, coasters, and signs.
Customer Service
- All team members are expected to assist customers with order pick up and answer customer inquiries.
SCREEN PRINTER JOB OPENING
We are specifically looking for an individual with at least 1-year of recent experience as a screen printer.
You should have experience and be prepared to assist with the following:
- Maintaining, reclaiming, and exposing screens.
- Setting up Multi Color Jobs on Press.
- Printing jobs using both automatic and manual press.
- Quality control throughout the process, including receiving garments.
- The right candidate will also be trained to assist with additional production-based tasks on the following printing machines: Digital (DTG), Sublimation, Heat Press, and Banner / Poster printing.
Working Environment & Requirements
- Monday to Friday Schedule
- 8 Hour Work Day - on your feet
- Temperature Controlled Environment
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and place it in a customer's car.
- Be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Use PPE for equipment to follow safety precautions.
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as work independently.
- Enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment, being able to pivot on a task as priorities can change quickly.
- Be able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day, such as garment unloading.
- Attention to detail, hand dexterity, quick reaction time, retain information.
- Ability to communicate with team members to efficiently handle jobs.
- Maintain a clean, organized working environment.
